We don't believe in hidden costs or nasty surprises when it comes to billing for electricity and water consumption later on.
Everything is already included in our prices. Electricity and water consumption, bed linen and towels. WiFi too, of course...
Only the final cleaning has to be paid extra. It doesn't matter if you book only one night or several weeks.

BOOKING

We have decided not to rent out to "EVERYBODY" completely anonymously via an online booking system. We want our guests to feel comfortable in the holiday home and leave it in a tidy condition for the next guests.
Therefore, we usually rent the holiday home to pilots but also to other guests whom we know or at least got to know in a personal phone call.

Arrival and departure
It doesn't matter whether you just want to get a taste of the Airpark air for one or two nights or are planning a longer stay.

We try to make everything as flexible as possible. That's why there are no fixed arrival and departure days or times.
As pilots, we know how spontaneously you sometimes have to react to changing weather situations. Just let us know your wishes and we will do our best to make your stay pleasant and uncomplicated.

Final cleaning
The final cleaning by our cleaning staff is obligatory and amounts to 80 Euro once for the stay. If you use the outdoor gas BBQ grill and leave it uncleaned, we charge an extra 50 euros for cleaning.
